The 12 year old little girl who dreamed of being an Olympian and Princess

Emily Rose DeMure, Miss Colorado USA 2020, is a 2020 graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder and alumni of the PAC-12 Division I Women’s Volleyball team with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Studio Arts. Emily was a 2018 NCAA PAC-12 Academic All-American team honorable mention and a 2019 PAC-12 Academic All-Conference recipient. She's also a club volleyball coach, a published artist with an art website, a former preschool teacher, and is a commercial and Fashion Model was signed to agencies such as: Donna Baldwin, The Ross Agency, Everything Formal's, and MMG NY. In addition to modeling she is the CEO of Emily Rose DeMure LLC and recently has hired contractually for several companies across Colorado as their Social Media Manager and Marketing Coordinator.

She is an Advocate for the Salvation Army, Best Buddies, and an active supporter of Milestones for Maxwell.

She aspires to demonstrate that women can be as present and successful in the world of sports as men; close the gap. In 2018, Emily competed for a spot on our USA National and Collegiate National volleyball teams at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

She has three younger brothers and names her parents as some of her best friends. In her free time, you can catch her in the gym lifting weights, hiking the Rocky mountains with friends, at a local coffee shop with a good book, at a yoga class, or baking up some healthy recipes with the help of her cat Princess.
