Let's talk about self sabotage really quick. Self-sabotage is when people do (or don't do) things that block their success or prevent them from accomplishing their goals. It can happen consciously or unconsciously. Self-sabotaging behaviors can affect our personal and professional success, as well as our mental health.


Truth is, the fastest way to your goals in this life is not by trying to imitate others. Itโ€™s finding what works for you, focusing on your strengths, and using them to make your own path or lane.


How can we do that?

One way to start is to make a 5 year goal. And write out a list of all your strengths. If you're really struggling, ask a close friend to help youโ˜บ๏ธ


We all have unique giftings, use yours to avoid the traffic that may be delaying your success.
