You are smart, I bet you’ve heard the common saying “you are your biggest competition“. You have, haven’t you! Do you believe it? How often are you comparison yourself to others then? We all do it, but we can do it less and focus on measuring where we are with where we started. You may not be where you want right now but you are probably further than you were last year! That is something I often think about when it comes to my modeling career🙃✌️
Don’t be distracted by judging yourself against others. Set your own standards, morals. Judge yourself against those standards, not the worlds. Do it honestly and without delusion. Did you do what you said? Did you stick to not drinking, to running every week, to calling family once a week, etc.? Did you fill out that application? Accept where you are at and move forward. Remember, the road to unhappiness is littered with comparison. Comparing your chapter 3 with someone else’s chapter 16 is not going to add any happiness, I promise haha. So don’t! 😜
