Did you know cauliflower is a great way to eat some veggies and thicken a smoothie for a creamy consistancy without being calorie dense😚?? This smoothie is a great quick breakfast, post workout snack, or even for when its late at night and you're craving something sweet. I started making my own smoothies at home Senior year of highschool and all through out my life as a college athlete at CU. Store bought smoothies can be an upwards of 300 calories, yikesss
