It’s easier said than done but don’t be distracted by life problems. Your problems. Don’t be distracted by the negatives. You’re at yourself not to give them more weight in the reserve. Break down your tasks into small manageable goals make my progress, not long. Deal first with what you can resolve. By doing this, you will gain the confidence, perspective, and STRENGTH to tackle more difficult problems.
