Today’s words of wisdom mini series comes from a pretty familiar source… TikTok. This one to really resonated with me and may it resonate with you as well.
There is a future version of you that is so proud that you were strong enough. There is also a past version of you that is so proud of how far you’ve come. So keep going Whether it’s a bad day or a good one. The fact that you are still trying means that you are stronger than you think you are.
Don’t forget to give yourself grace and acknowledge your inner strength that got you to where you are.
